This is a good plan but badly constructed. The hammer needs to be strong, and to use textures you need to use force. The handle is too brittle to withstand real work and the soft wood made the head slip off during the second hammering session. I dug copper that was hot and relatively soft, so I don't think that should happen. Save money and buy something stronger. Patterned heads are nice, with deep cuts - I don't think they wear out even with prolonged use. The device easily replaces stencil heads. shame at hand.
