I switched to this mouthwash oil from one of the other oils when I saw that it was also good for gum health. Mind you, the other product worked great on my teeth. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I can definitely see an improvement in my gum health. They went from red and inflamed to a more pink and healthier color. I looked at the ingredients of both oils and remember I wasn't disappointed with the other oil, it was fantastic for my teeth. This oil has a list of herbs used to reduce inflammation immersed in oils. It has a minty flavor that doesn't make it uncomfortable to use. Overall I would recommend using this product as a supplement to daily dental care for people with gum disease...this is just my impression of the product. Some people may have different opinions about their experiences.
