Doesn't cut crusty bread well.

Sturdy knife with a strong handle is heavier than a high-quality bread knife from well-known German and Swiss manufacturers, and the blade does not cut well, especially bread with a crust. Regardless, the reference to "German steel" is misleading; the raw steel may be from germany, no one knows, but the blade and knife are definitely made in china.
