This scarf is beautiful (!) and just like the picture. I also love that you can see the design on both sides, unlike some other similar scarves. My only issue is that I don't believe for a second that this is hand painted. I don't know why they even make such a statement. If you're really looking for something hand painted this isn't the article for you, but other than that, as I said, it's just great.
