This multicooker carrying case is really very well made I have rarely seen a textile product made so handcrafted. However, the design is questionable. The choice of material is downright ugly and my 15 year old son and I both agree that it is uncomfortable to touch. Although I intend to keep and use this product, I will leave it in the car, unpack it, I have to take it out and then remove the case immediately. I bought it after a family picnic and saw others with similar covers. I thought what a great solution to get into the lucky bank. It would be very comfortable and even look good. I was pleased to see that Hamilton Beach had one at a reasonable price that fitted my 8 quart oval size. For my particular model, there is also a cord wrap/cover that needs to be removed to fit the case. There is no compartment or space for this necessary piece or for any serving paraphernalia. A good flared top pocket would be cheap and easy. The thought that it fits 3 pot sizes made me think a bit. It fits snugly in the 8 liter bag, and the Velcro and mesh retention system feels well thought out. While not really necessary for the large size, it can be enough to keep the smaller sizes in place. The trellis does NOT have a hole for the overlooked lid handle (If I had a smaller pot I would melt the hole in the right spot. If you don't have this hole the lid won't hold up and more likely holes on the sides for the protruding handles are terrible. Instead of a nice smooth raw edge which would have worked much better, they used a very gathered elastic edge. It looks like a diaper leg opening. It cramps the grip so it's difficult to hold the grip. It feels cheap and scratchy on your hand and when food is spilled on it it becomes very difficult to clean although I hate that handle hole design the construction is really well made the build quality is excellent I wish everything I buy could with this measure to be assembled of craftsmanship and care.The biggest flaw was the choice of materials.Lightly textured black ny lon fabric is ugly. It's structured like a heavy Cordura camera bag, built to withstand abuse and high friction. Because of this, it looks crumpled, like an unmade bed, and you can never be sure it's clean. The insulation is very thin and doesn't seem to stand up to wear and tear. Pros Excellent workmanship, seats 8 in a convenient location, should be good for traveling to events. ConsUGLY, difficult to clean, probably doesn't hold smaller sizes well, handles are uncomfortable in your hands, doesn't seem to hold up due to the fabric and padding chosen
