Review on 🦷 Ultimate Dental Care with Waterpik Complete Care WP-900: Water Flosser and Sonic Toothbrush Combo by Juraci Cruz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Some great features; some not so much.

I've been using this for about a month and have noticed some very positive things and some not so much. Since it has both a sonic toothbrush and a rinsing device, and they are separate in every way, I will address them individually. The toothbrush is durable and easy to use, with two "speeds" or vibration levels. The low speed is VERY slow and only suitable for very sensitive gums. It would be better if it was a pulse setting for higher speed. The high speed setting is aggressive and really does the job of stimulating gums and cleaning teeth really well. Charging is very easy and the device fits very snugly in the base unit's charging cradle. The docking station is open at the bottom so water cannot collect inside. Nice feature. irrigators A few nozzles are included but I use a simple high pressure plastic tip (small bore) which does the job fairly well when the pump is set to max power. Anything below that is just a glorified water dispenser. However, at the highest settings, this peak will push almost all food particles out of my teeth (even under my problematic bridge). Since I mix the disinfectant mouthwash with water for this application, it also kills any bacteria that may live there. Very beautiful. Now for the not-so-important thing - the peak is only really useful at maximum settings (which use a lot of water), but it's not too bad. The bad thing is that they thoughtfully put a button on the umbrella to stop the water flow (so it doesn't splash all over the place). However, the button must be HOLDED in to stop the water and will flow freely when released. It would be MUCH better if it was set the other way round as the water would only be expelled when pushed (like an "ON" switch). The hose is perfectly twisted, the spike pops out of its holder and water trickles until the container is emptied and your countertop is flooded (this problem wouldn't exist if the button was set to flow only when pressed (not release). The reason I only gave 4 stars.Without those two annoyances this would have been a 5 star purchase.

Pros
  • Compact design requires only one outlet. 360 degree rotating tip. The water on/off switch on the handle is a button
Cons
  • Not sure
