Never leave feedback! But I am so happy with this product I should have! I give it 4 stars because it lacks some features compared to more expensive models but honestly I don't care! At first I had some problems with CarPlay and phone calls. I was able to solve these problems by not connecting the phone to the stereo via Bluetooth, but simply via CarPlay. Tech support is very good at replying to your emails and trying to solve the problem. I would recommend this stereo to anyone! For the price unbeatable! CarPlay is very nimble and works great, that's the only reason I bought this stereo. Bluetooth connects quickly and works well as I said, I unplugged my phone to troubleshoot phone call issues with CarPlay but when I used it worked fine. I installed a reversing camera with it and it works fine. When the camera is on, you cannot adjust the music volume. They have a mute feature when reversing, which works as advertised. My wife isn't very impressed with the call quality, I replaced the included mic with another model which seemed to fix the volume issues but she still says it's not as good as it was. I can tell you that from my side her voice sounds like she can't breathe through her nose, but I can still hear her and she can still hear me. That's all I care about! The EQ presets suck, but you can tweak them manually, so I agree with that too. After all, it does its job quite well. For the price, it's easy! hp If your CarPlay doesn't look like my picture, it's because your IOS on your phone has been updated to IOS 13, which will be fully released in September.
