To notice the effect of the use, I believe, in principle it is impossible, therefore it is difficult to judge the quality. At first I gave a good rating, until I accidentally studied the inscriptions on the packaging about the "vegan status" of the product and the gelatin in the composition. It's lousy on the part of the manufacturer. Pros below: The supplement must contain boron. Very few manufacturers produce boron as a dietary supplement. Didn't notice any side effects. Got cons: The packaging states that it is suitable for vegetarians and even vegans, BUT it contains gelatin! I am not a vegetarian myself, but such lies and negligence infuriate me.
