As the name suggests, I definitely received the product in an open package. It had fingerprints and light scratches, the suction cup was barely covered and there was dust on it. Everything but this product is good. The suction cup is sticky and will keep the molded plastic in the car even if it has a deep texture. It's also nice to have an auto grip so you don't have to fiddle with it every time you plug and unplug your phone. - Wireless charging on my Samsung only shows 9W and the device supports wireless charging up to 15W, I wish it had more power. - I wish the bottom of your phone had a groove so you can access the power and volume controls. The release button could simply be placed on one of the side handles. Not bad.
