Review on HyperSoft-RMS Software by Chris Sanders

Hypersoft’s user interface is intuitive, especially for new users. It has all the menu options for orders at the touch of a button. It's an easy system to learn and the support team is very supportive. We had to change our POS at one point which was a hassle, but it was our own fault. We had to wait a few weeks after the POS change to begin using new POS. I wish Hypersoft could have been better informed about our POS change beforehand so we could be on the same page. We were able to switch to a new POS on-time. We had to wait on the customer’s part to ensure their software was compatible with the new POS. The POS was compatible with Hypersoft shortly after our switchover. Customers love the POS system, as it offers up- I like that the application has all your basic functions in one place. It is easy to use and understand for both customers and employees. There really isn't anything I dislike about this program. It is very user friendly and efficient. This helps us keep track of our food inventory, and it makes it easy for customers to order their meals. There may be better programs out there, but this one works well for our needs. We have been able to easily keep track of our food inventory and customer orders.
