Should have! Best among Chinese knives and chef's knives

I have been using Tuo knives for several years and have used another company's steel. I decided I wanted my knives and steel to match. I'm glad I made this change. The weight is perfect and well balanced in my hand. I've been using steel to sharpen knives for decades. This is a good tool.
