UPDATE: I returned a yellow cartridge that didn't work, Clever Supplies sent a new box of toner cartridges straight away. All four cartridges are now working properly. The blue toner appears slightly darker than the Brother toner but otherwise they are almost identical. I have been warned against using third party toner at Staples. He said it would damage my printer's drum. The price difference between Brother toner and Clever Supplies toner is so big that if I have a problem I can replace the whole printer and still save a lot of money! ******************** ****************** I installed the black, cyan, magenta and yellow toner cartridges . They were a lot cheaper than Brother toner cartridges but my printer doesn't recognize yellow toner. The copies I printed before the yellow Brother cartridge that came with the printer looked fine, but I can't print anything without the yellow toner. I've followed Clever Supplies' instructions, but the printer still doesn't recognize the yellow cartridge. I'm so sad!
