I am shocked. I have hard clay soil and it was almost impossible to make holes for new plants with a regular blunt shovel, even putting my body weight on it. This takes care of that hard outer layer associated with almost ZERO effort through grass roots (I still had to hold the trigger on the drill). I use this with a DeWalt drill and it fits just like any other drill. In addition to making holes in the ground for new plants, I also used it to prepare and create a small raised bed. This helped me remove the old roots, turn over the existing soil and add some new soil. What took a total of 25 minutes would have taken over an hour and a half without those babies and a lot more effort. and a few selected words. Get them, spend less time digging, less time on hard ground and more time relaxing outdoors. I haven't used the factory tags, they seem flimsy, but I'll try.
