Very happy with the product but we figured out how it would fail if something went wrong. We were using this on about 300 pounds of pork sausage when we noticed the bolts holding the camera were starting to flex from their original position. After another 100 pounds or so, something snapped and the chamber ripped off the screws holding everything in place and made a clicking hell of a noise. A ratchet strap around the entire device now keeps everything taut. Don't run really cold meat through this thing to stuff sausages and chopsticks. Don't forget to add some water to the meat for better flow. Would definitely buy again. Being able to put 1 25 lb batch of meat in the bedding is amazing and saves an incredible amount of time.
