Silence again! in spare parts
Imagine my disgust when my 2 year old $800+ Samsung dryer suddenly sounded like it was ready to take off! The loud squeak was incredibly frustrating! I was afraid that the dryer would melt. Thanks to Google I found this to be a very common problem and found a video on how to replace it. The great success I've had with other Samsung products has motivated me to buy this brand. You have to stick to TVs and cell phones, and leave big gadgets to someone else.
