They slip off too easily.
They work, but on Quest 2 they are not fixed and do not hold. Therefore, it's easy to move forward while fumbling with the HMD. This unintentional movement causes additional wear and tear on the connection between the earphone and the connection cable. Once it's on your head, you're good to go. It could have been better.
