When we received the bikes we didn't open them because they were a gift. After opening the gift, the return period has expired by 1 day. We could not return the item. As soon as we opened the box and tried to put the bike together we found that the bolt on the front wheel wouldn't screw in easily, the welded nut was welded in the wrong place, and the bolt wouldn't go all the way in. through and finally stripping. After not being able to assemble it or return it, luckily my husband had a grinder and had to grind the nut to get it off the bike to secure the bolt. Also, the instructions that came with the bike weren't for the bike. They were for a very different bike. no longer satisfied For a $150 bike, this was quite an expense. Not only did this happen on the same bike, but we order one for each of our twins and had the same issues with both bikes.
