Review on Browne Stainless Steel Coarse Grater by Will Moorehead

I bought this grater because I've been making potato pancakes a lot lately. Up to this point I've used a grater, but it was a small grater and peeling was a little painful. This grater tackles large brown stains very quickly and is very easy to clean. The grated potato turns out to be much larger than my previous grater because the cutting edges are higher than the other grater. This way less water comes out of the potatoes and I don't have to strain the potatoes before putting them in the pot (if I hadn't been able to strain the finely grated and mushy potatoes from my previous colander, I would have ended up with potatoes, nice on the outside browned but sticky and starchy in the center). The grater has a very wide grating surface and the thing seems to be very durable. It should withstand years of heavy use.
