I like that they have an excellent customer service team who is always willing to help with questions or concerns regarding our membership site, website security etcetera! They also offer great pricing for their services which makes them one of my favorite companies in this space as well - no nonsense but very thorough when it comes time do perform any kind jobs/projects related work through trustedemployee's platform (e-mailing support tickets are some examples). The only thing about TEP i dislike sometimes during onboardings / renewals we find out there has been new changes made by someone within TrustEmpowy Employees' management structure so those need approval from us before going live again if thats what you're asking :) otherwise nothing really bad at all just minor details here nthere throughout working relationship wth trustempory employees.
