Definitely waterproof!

Living in Maine, out winters are brutal! While shoveling the sidewalk last month, I dropped my flashlight into a snow bank. Hunted for it, but could find it. This evening, after the snow melted somewhat, there was my flashlight, which had been in the cold, wet snow for several weeks. Hit the button, and it was as bright as the day I bought it. While I wouldn't recommend storing your flashlight in the winter snow, be assured that it will work as good as new when it thaws out!

Pros

I liked the quick service. Real nice compact flashlight at a great price. It has a zoom too.

Cons

The flashlight can interfere with night vision due to its high brightness
