This product came in a small plastic box containing a single use kit in a labelled, sterile flip top container along with an alcohol swab. It was very easy, took a few seconds to open, no adjustments needed (first I just cleaned the spot with an alcohol pad and then marked with a marker where I wanted to do it), then pressed the gun and it was over , no pain for me (the only pain I had was when moving it in and out and it was very minimal. It doesn't stick to anything, it doesn't hurt at all to sleep with it, there is no injury , Inflammation or bleeding (it was a little at first, I cleaned with alcohol and cleaned with sterile saline many times.) After the puncture the gun fell apart (which was required so I didn't know this was going to happen, so at first it did me a little scared but of course it was all good in the end), plus in there are no instructions included so (although it's pretty easy and reasonable) I'd recommend doing some research first, I would never do this considering myself but since due to COVID et al. am in quarantine. We were closing, I had to do something and I had already colored my hair so this was the next best option. I would give this product five stars but take one off for lack of packaging and the gun falls apart without warning.
