Review on πŸ’» EDUP Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express PCI-E Network Card: Enhance Desktop PC Connectivity with 10/100/1000Mbps RJ45 LAN Adapter Converter by Ryan Frawley

Works great as advertised - good dust cover and slim design.

This small, inexpensive card works very well given its price. I just installed two of these. I've seen many reviews stating that the card doesn't fit in their machines' expansion slots. I had no such problem, everything fitted perfectly on two different machines. So I don't know if the manufacturer released a bad batch that wasn't cut properly, or if the people installing them made mistakes during installation. However, I found it important to come here to let other shoppers know that they are doing a very good job. They have a Realtek chip which I have had good luck with in the past. In terms of performance, the tests I've run so far show that it offers more stable transmission over my network than my onboard Intel NIC. I bought these because there is an issue with the built in network cards on my motherboards that is causing them to disappear and become unusable. ASRock hasn't released a fix for it for almost a year and I'm tired of fixing this issue with the fixes I found online. So I walk around them all together. I'm glad I was able to do this for such a low price!
