Works but poor ergonomics

I am using this with an old cordless home phone so I can use the phone hands free. I had an old Panasonic headset which to my knowledge is no longer made. This device works, but it doesn't fit well and has trouble both placing the earbud in the ear and getting the microphone arm close to the mouth. I think it needs a little more adjustment options. And a pillow-like speaker works better than an in-ear speaker. Even with these issues, he gets the job done (I can speak and hear him). And it's cheap enough.
