Little Green Light is user friendly and updates often
The ease in which they update their product makes it easy for me as an organization who doesn't have IT support personnel full time yet still need them available when needed! I wish there was more integration between programs but we are working through those issues now so its not too bad at this point. They also do some great training materials like webinars etc.. That helps keep us informed about new features or changes coming out soon without having someone present all day everyday (which isn't always possible). We use little green light primarily because you cannot track donors online via google analytics unless using lgld's tools such has gmail list builder - however if one wants/needs GA then thats ok since most people don;t care much what happens after giving anyway :P There aren't many other options around though once something gets set up correctly it works.
- Its good to give reports, see where money is spent & how best spend our resources..and that information comes directly from your own site instead off just getting data points here nthere with no real control over content creation.
- It lets organizations create fundraising pages quickly while being able tto access multiple fundraisers simultaneously
