Judging by other reviews, this problem is not uncommon. In general, I do not recommend buying. Even if there is a discount. Added one star for sound quality. Its pros: The sound is good for my tasks. There are no complaints on this point. With its cons: Periodically there are squeaks and interference, the sound "breaks". Disconnecting and reconnecting the device helps. You have to take out the wire and put it in place.
