Bought this product on 06/11/2021 and died on 09/24/2021. Until the 24th worked as expected. However, on the 24th I plugged it in and nothing. I've tried multiple outputs with the same result, nothing. In addition, this dryer has only been used occasionally and has never been dropped or damaged. So with that said, save yourself some time and hassle and ditch that hair dryer right now. I contacted Revain about returning this dryer. They were very helpful by sending a link to speak to the seller directly. I have sent an inquiry to the seller and am now awaiting a response to hopefully resolve this issue.
