I love the look of the SKOLOO Over the Door Hook Rack and the rack itself is very well made and sturdy. Hooks leave a lot to be desired. They flex easily and this caused some issues with fitting to the door. They require more clearance above the door than stated as the weight of the hooks will pull them down. It is also difficult to screw the hooks to the rack itself. They loosened immediately after tightening, although not so much that it was a problem, but I wonder if/when the screws will loosen that much more with heavy use of the rack. I love that they sent a screwdriver and I loved the part on the front where the screws came in from the back - looks really nice. However, I only received hardware to install hooks on one of the racks (I received 2 packs). The specifications listed are accurate and the hooks are strong and smooth (no sharp edges). The kit also includes three foam discs to protect the door (or wall). One final note: I'd say the color is more of a dark brown than black, but I'm fine with that. For the price quoted, I don't expect any problems with over-tightened screws or hooks that don't lay flat and bend too easily. Also, I would have liked to have used a second post, but I just had to screw it directly to the wall due to the lack of screws and anchors. If anyone else encounters this problem, hopefully the seller will fix it and ship.
