First, it's an artificial flavor. Tasty but artificial. It's very sweet - I wasn't sure about that as anyone who has tasted stevia knows how bitter it is - so here's something else that sweetens it. So I mixed it with soy milk and let it steep. It doesn't mix at all.2. My other pure beef protein with fewer ingredients mixes great without heat. After shaking it and letting it steep, I drank a glass of the liquid, then ate it (yes, you'll chew the rest that doesn't mix) and it was so sweet I thought...hmm... why so sweet, then I looked down the bottom of my cup and saw at the bottom clear grains like erythritol, a corn-derived sugar alcohol commonly used in mass-produced ketogenic foods. sweet, but it was definitely erythritol. What's going on here is that none of the above 'natural flavored sugars and alcohol' are mentioned in the livestream ads, but on the back of mine I noticed that the ingredients say 'natural flavors'. I sent mine back because I was disgusted to find hidden, unnamed ingredients in my protein under the guise of being just stevia, coconut milk, beef, and $60 a half pound.
