So these need to be pressed in. But that's the goal, isn't it? You don't want them to fall out. That means you have to find a way to push them in, since your fingers won't work. I finally found a thin piece of wood and drilled a hole bigger than a pin. I placed the pin on one side and the piece of wood on the other side of the bracket and used a small "C" clamp to slide the pin through the hole in the bracket. When the pin goes through the hole in the bracket, it comes out the other side in the hole in the wood. I'm not aware of any tool for inserting pins.
