They work fine. If I have a 1/4" Masonite hole board and use 2 pins per pin, they hold the pin securely. One per pin is more or less just for looks. You need to find 2 things and pick them up off the floor. You need to at the Be a little more careful about placing your pins as they are a bit more difficult to remove with two people.
