not cold enough good for me
I need the "ice hat” for headaches above level 5. this is just not cold enough to provide any migraine relief. i used all inserts which were in the freezer a week. when i put the cap on with all inserts, it just wasn’t cold enough and they didn’t stay cool long enough either. these cold packs seem comparable to other gel packs but cannot give that frozen numbing relief I’m used to when i’m at level 5+ pain.
- Bought for my daughter who is going through chemo. She says it’s just what she needed.
- I like this ice cap, but it needs to freeze all the way. Otherwise it loses its cool in 10 mins.
