As a home inspector I use this for too many things to list here but suffice it to say it saved me from a lawsuit. As I enjoy photographing water heaters, furnaces, underground siphons etc. with this camera I can vividly demonstrate that something worked when I was there. The owner of the house tried to claim that I broke the kettle and wanted me to buy a new one. I pulled out my photo and never heard a word from it again. In this one case alone, the camera paid for itself. Oh, I also got a job for having one. That's it. sean
