Is it possible to give a product and a seller a 10 star rating on a 5 point scale? Is there a better word than "EXCELLENT" to describe my experience with this seller? Initially (and unintentionally) After placing my order with a delivery date that was later than the delivery date I originally wanted, I contacted ECCPP (via Revain). . . They were shipped in LESS THAN 24 HOURS! Completed installation of the fuel pump assembly (in a 2001 Ford F-150) shortly after its arrival. . . The pump looks good (just wanted to look at it for a while) and WORKS great (always fit a new fuel filter when you fit a new pump)! When ECCPP says "OEM" replacement, they mean business! . . . PERFECT match. . . Fits perfectly! In fact, I think this pump is SUPERIOR to the original pump assembly in at least one respect - the pump float for the fuel gauge on the car's dash. The float on this pump ROTATES on the float lever while when removing the original (car) assembly from the fuel tank it was found that the float on the original assembly was FIXED on the lever in the 'on edge' position. The "rotating" float on the EPTsN pump unit ensures that the float is always "flat" on the fuel surface - regardless of the fuel level in the tank. Intuitively I think this could provide a faster (and maybe more accurate?) signal for a vehicle's fuel gauge (because the 'wider' surface of the float is always in contact with the surface of the fuel, not just 'edges' "."Float surfaces...does a larger contact area result in a faster/more accurate read?). GREAT product at a GREAT price - combined with GREAT customer service from a GREAT online seller. BEST online shopping experience would have.
