Fans first. They are pretty quiet when idling. Gets louder under load, but that's what fans don't do. They move quite a lot of air and are absolutely stunning. The quality and design of the fans are definitely top notch. The RGB is really smooth and bright enough. My problem was with my SpicyBomb provider. First they sent the wrong fans and I ordered 9 of them for my entire Lian Li build. They sent me black but I ordered silver because of the theme of my build. When I contacted them for a replacement they had no silver in stock. Which tells me they sent me black even though they knew silver was out of stock at the time of ordering. 9 fans are expensive but I decided not to bother returning them as even the black version looks great. When installing the fans, 2 out of 9 did not work. I contacted Spicy Bomb again to see if they could replace the 2 broken fans. To do this, I would have to return the complete order that is already in my system. So you could say they were willing to work with me in some way but for me since I was holding over $200 in fake fans to make life easier for everyone then 2 didn't work they couldn't do the only 2 replace what I needed. If it wasn't for the amazing quality of the other fans and the incredible beauty of Lian Li's fans, I would have disassembled my entire rig and sent all 9 back. But look at the image provided. The fans inside the Lian Li case and the streamer plus cable look amazing.
