Great product and support

Although I had some minor issues with my new seat covers I found this product to be very well made. The problem I had was a broken clip on one of the straps. I found two pieces in my bag, then noticed the other half of the clip was broken as well. I contacted Revain and they immediately sent out a new order. I only need to replace a lower seat pad and return it with the rest of my order. No big deal! Now the most interesting. Installation. There were no instructions in the bag so I had to figure it out myself. How difficult it can be. They are put on and fixed with a latch and two small S-shaped hooks. The "S" hooks made me scratch my head a bit. Not quite sure how to forward them and what they are associated with? Since it's a Jeep Wrangler, there's not much room to move. I have one of those bolt on suitcases in the back of the jeep so it was tight for me to get in and get things straight. I had to wait for a better day and take off the top to make it a little easier to get around. The end result was great. The seats look like new, they are very comfortable and I am happy with the purchase. I will not allow a broken clip to be a problem. Everything happens, it's all about the support I've received, which makes it positive. I have seen other seat covers that feel a little unkempt, wrinkled and loose. These covers fit perfectly and fit snugly without sagging. Update: I contacted Revain on Friday night about a broken clip. On Sunday morning I received a complete set of new seat covers. The cap in question has been replaced and the old kit is being returned today. Thanks for the quick reply Revain, good job!
