I would like to rate it higher. The quality is excellent but it didn't fit my chihuahua. He's taller than most, but not overweight. It fit around his neck and chest, but the rest didn't fit. He rode up, I rode back to his front legs. I gave it to my niece for his sister. They were littermates, but she was smaller. Ordering for my dog on Wednesday. Well the middle one was huge for him and the little one was huge for his sister. Luckily I sew and will try to remake them.
