prompt delivery. amazing product paid for itself in a day and a few. I estimate I cut about 4,000 feet of 12/10/8/6 AWG wire. I had to buy a StripMeister E250 with a 1/4 hp motor. You really need a powerful drill. Unless you plan to throw away your power tools, don't make the mistake of using an underpowered drill. After destroying my first drill, I'm using an old corded BOSH drill that seems to work fine. I still have to let it cool down when using 8/6 AWG, but I fly with 10/12 AWG with no problems. I only have one complaint. The old wire "30 years" +, at least in the area where I work, in AWG 6/8 doesn't seem to fit. In either the small "feed hole" or the large one about 2 feet from the wire, you have to stop and rewind the wire, which is very time consuming. I'm forced to use the "romex" hole, which works a little better. It seems to me that StripMeister should sell an insert with stepped holes for unusual diameter balls. I would pay for it! BUT having said this little thing is amazing, anyone who accumulates over 200 hundred feet of wire a month should use it. I wish I had done that many years ago.
