Looks like high quality metal
It would be nice if they offered the same dimensions but this unit is made from seemingly good aluminum and the inclusion of spacers means it can be used reasonably with a wide range of tube sizes under 40mm. I can't speak on the performance aspects of this brace yet, but will try after a few rides.
