My interaction with SILKWORLD's customer support was so awful that it defies description. I had a problem with my purchase, and their team was neither helpful nor responsive to my requests for assistance. They gave no indication that they were interested in addressing my concerns, and it appeared as though they had no interest in keeping me as a consumer. It is unfortunate that such a promising business does not place a high priority on the satisfaction of its customers.
