I have several other Nordic Ware pans and was very happy to find a large pan from Nordic Ware. I was sent the correct product, however there is a very small dent on one side of the casserole dish. I think it was a good price but they could have at least been a little more careful not to dent the items. It was well packed in the box so I don't feel like a dent formed while the box was in the box. Transit. This is just a comedic thing and doesn't affect the use of the pan. I don't use cooking spray on any of my Nordic Ware baking sheets, only parchment paper and I don't use them above 400 degrees. All in all I recommend Nordic Ware Bakeware and I bake a lot! I recommend Nordic Ware products the most.
