I bought this pan because the standard size pan was too small to comfortably roast a pack of bacon. This large skillet is perfect! Fits my oven, no problem (I rent a small apartment). I even use it to catch overflowing lasagne by placing it on the bottom shelf. Saved my oven from a big problem!

This pan is very difficult to clean due to the grooves. On the first use, the olive oil was applied to the pan (according to the recipe we prepared), after a few minutes in the oven the cake rose, but the oil stayed in the wells forever. After repeatedly washing my hands with warm water and soap and various brushes and pads, I gave up. Also a note on *size* the large sheet fits my oven and dishwasher, but I forgot to measure my pantry - it doesn't fit anywhere in my cupboards.

I have several other Nordic Ware pans and was very happy to find a large pan from Nordic Ware. I was sent the correct product, however there is a very small dent on one side of the casserole dish. I think it was a good price but they could have at least been a little more careful not to dent the items.
