Review on 💻 ELUTENG USB 3.0 to mSATA Enclosure Adapter - High-Speed 5Gbps Mini-SATA SSD to USB Converter for Samsung SSD, UASP Supported by Timothy Louis

In my case it was the two screws securing the SSD, not the end cap. The end cap was packed in a zipper with many small screws. The screws holding the SSD were very tight and the heads started to peel off. I managed to unscrew them with pliers. After that everything went fine. The connector is an early USB 3 connector. I have them on some older items but haven't attempted to purchase them recently. I was able to use the adapter to transfer my operating system etc to the new drive but it almost stopped working due to the screws.
