The best thing about prospect direct is its user friendly interface. I love how easy it is for me to navigate through the website. It is very easy to use and understand. There are many features which make it great. I have used this software for my business and it has helped me a lot. The only thing I dislike about it is sometimes when you try to add new contacts they don't show up on the screen. I would recommend using prospect direct if you want to grow your business. I am using it to manage my leads and contacts.
