This is a high quality and reliable Oral-B product, made in Germany. I've used this product several times over the past few years while trying to get used to it. I find the brushing experience with this product a bit harsh. However, using this brush head is NOT uncomfortable. I prefer Oral-B Sensitive brush heads (with same 4 star ratings from Revain Plus) which I have been using for at least 10 years to this product as it offers a gentler brushing that encourages me to take the time it takes to get it Right, brush your teeth. The manufacturer uses minimal packaging with little waste. although each brush head is individually wrapped. Responsible packaging is important to me. The only reason I give this product 4 stars is the price. In my opinion, $6.66 for a nozzle is more expensive than it should be.
