Quality bags. We had no tears, no tears. Don't overload the bag because you'll need enough space at the top to tie it yourself (no ties). The description says 12-16 gallons, I would say they are definitely in the 12-13 gallon range. I use them as disposal bags for our car. We always have water bottles and soda cans with us from our travels, so instead of throwing them away, I take one of these bags and recycle it when we get home. They will serve you for a long time. They come neatly folded, 250 pieces in a giant box.
