This one works well: The first page was very good, but it probably had a few smudges after opening the printer and working on it. The second side was perfect. As expected, the first warm-up smelled of hot plastic, but that quickly dissipated. I've repaired laser printers many times, and as far as printer repair goes, it's a quick fix of medium complexity. Special care should be taken when handling the fuser heater, placing this roller under fingers and removing/inserting the gear. Unless you have laser printer repair experience, this probably isn't the first thing you want to do.
