I used this solder to replace swollen capacitors on my Imac G5 logic board. The soldering worked great! I did find a few cold solder joints in my work (out of 25 capacitors installed), but I attribute this to being new to electronics soldering and a relatively cold soldering iron. (50W) However, they got fixed the second time around. The solder spread well and quickly held the capacitor terminals. It also absorbs very well into a Techspray desoldering tape when you need to redo jobs. My electronics repair project was successful in part because of this solder. I recommend!
