I have been using this product for 7 months. PRO: It works well for an inexpensive coffee grinder. It ensures a relatively even degree of grinding. CONS: However, the clear plastic ground coffee container is VERY DAMAGED, cracking and breaking easily. See attached picture. This might not sound like a huge problem, but there is a safety mechanism that prevents the grinder from turning on if the plastic coffee pod is not properly seated. So once that cheap bottom coffee basket breaks, the entire setup becomes useless. I emailed the company to see if I could purchase a replacement. Your customer service is terrible! I did not get an answer. ATTENTION! **UPDATE 9/20/2018 I was contacted by Chiefman. You were dissatisfied with my rating. They stated that if I verified my address, they would provide me with a new plastic basket. I confirmed my address to them the same day I received the message. It was over a MONTH ago. If they replaced the bin I would increase my rating to 4 stars. Whatever the case, I'd give them less than one if I could verify! If you're promised a replacement and then have to wait, that's worse than no contact at all.
