It's simple and works
I have two spirit levels. The first was rubber with a "horizon" level. It slipped right into my hot shoe. The second was a plastic cube that fit in my hot shoe. It contains some bubbles that show me where to position my camera in landscape or portrait mode. Note: After getting the bubbles, I figured out where to activate the grid on the screen before taking the picture. If I'm in a hurry, I probably won't waste time installing bubbles. However, this is a good product at a good price. When setting up, I use bubbles before turning on the camera.
