Review on iOps360 by John Ghattamaraju

I like that it's very easy for my department of over 300 employees (and growing)to use once they log in! It is simple enough so we can all pick up right away without having any training necessary. The support team also does an amazing job answering questions or helping you with troubleshooting issues when needed as well!! We've had some minor glitches here and there but nothing major at this time. There are many benefits available from using iops 360 including better communication between our departments which helps us improve overall service delivery by ensuring everyone knows what their colleagues need/want before responding. This has really helped increase productivity within the organization because people no longer have to ask each other about tasks instead just going ahead and doing them themselves saving tons of valuable work hours every day. Also being able to respond instantly whenever someone needs emergency services saves precious minutes during critical times such as medical emergencies etc where seconds count. ! Nothing specific comes to mind however if anything were ever changed regarding software updates.
